On October 14th, the Connecticut Port Authority sponsored the Veteran’s breakfast at Filomena’s in Waterford, CT. We happily celebrated the 250th birthday of the US Navy with over 80 veterans from Connecticut! Attendees served in all branches of our military and are a great asset to our State. It was an honor to serve them breakfast and coffee, provided by The Shack and Starbucks, and give away t-shirts and cookies to celebrate our Navy’s birthday. Thank you to the staff of the Town of Waterford Senior Services and Filomena’s for putting on this great event every month!
