Apart from the Small Harbor Improvement Projects Program (SHIPP) Grants, administered by the Connecticut Port Authority, there are additional funding sources administered by other entities that are available to help small harbors, deepwater ports, and coastal communities improve shoreline infrastructure or advance environmental responsibility initiatives.
